PANTHA HATHA YOGA (Kriya Hatha Yoga)
Yoga is an Art, which brings harmony in our inner and outer worlds by balancing body, mind and soul. Yoga supports us to reach a higher level of consciousness.
Kriya hatha yoga was originally created for the people by Satguru Babaji Nagraj. All Kriya Hatha Yoga exercises (Asanas) are a combination of stretching, relaxation and deep breathing. They are adequate for every age group.
Through flowing movements you attain strength and vigour. It also balances the body and mind. The asanas massage the vital organs and adenoids , helping to detoxify the organ system and stabilize the immune system.
Kriya Hatha Yoga creates peace and calmness in our beings and helps us to live a more stress-free life. This type of yoga became known through the book "The Autobiography of a Yogi" from Swami Yogananda.
If Kriya Hatha Yoga is done with total awareness, it takes you to the path of meditation.
